Immersions & Retreats: An Invitation

I offer fully customized immersion programs designed to meet your unique needs, desires, and schedule. Whether you’re navigating chronic pain, recovering from trauma, or simply craving a reset, immersions allow you to go deeper — and stay longer — with the support and care you deserve.

Your personalized immersion can include:

Myofascial Release sessions (3–6 hours/day, multiple days/week)

Equine-Assisted Therapy (can alternate or complement hands-on sessions)

These immersions can take place at my West Hollywood location, at equine therapy sites, or even at agreed-upon travel destinations. Together, we’ll co-create a healing experience that honors your body, your time, and your goals.

Why Immersions Work

What if one week could shift everything?
​Science and experience both tell us that when we step away from the distractions of daily life and immerse ourselves in focused, intentional healing, transformation accelerates. The nervous system has more space to unwind. The body starts to listen. The mind softens. This is the power of immersion.

Over the years, I’ve had clients travel from all over the world to spend 4–6 hours a day with me for one to two weeks. These intensives are designed to provide a deep, focused recalibration — and they work. I’ve also experienced this kind of immersive healing myself through the John Barnes Myofascial Release Approach and within retreat settings. When we give ourselves permission to pause and prioritize, deep healing becomes possible.

While weekly sessions are effective and sometimes the only accessible path due to time or financial constraints — and I wholeheartedly support that — immersive work offers a different kind of opportunity. It’s a loving investment in your healing journey. You cannot put a price tag on health, presence, and freedom in your body.
